WHEN TO EXPECT YOUR SHIPMENT
This ain't no "fast food" jewelry joint but rather a "made-to-order" store--aren't you lucky? That means you can expect your jewelry to arrive 2 to 3.5 weeks after purchase; the timing depends upon the pearl partner creating the piece just for you. But believe me (and my customers): You'll be making memories wearing this jewelry for years to come so they're definitely worth the brief wait! Need speedier delivery? Call me before purchasing and I'll make it happen for a slight shipping upcharge.

Our prices are delightfully low because we partner directly with just a few reputable pearl farms and design shops; many of whom sell unbranded jewelry to well-known stores in the U.S. and Europe. We enjoy solid working relationships with these people who not only meet our standards of jewelry integrity and quality, but are willing to customize their jewelry-store grade offerings at "fresh from the farm" low prices.

BRIDAL PARTY & MULTIPLE ORDER DISCOUNTS
Multiple orders are eligible for deep discounts (think bridesmaid gifts, plus business gifts for customers and entire offices). And if you want to see our pearls "up close and personal," host a Pearl Party (San Antonio or Cincinnati) and ask about attending my annual Nov. Christmas show in the Alamo City. WHO IS FUNPEARLS.COM?
FunPearls.com is the Internet-only store founded and owned by Lisa Bastian, your own personal pearl merchant who is passionate about customer service and giving Pearl Girls the pearls of their dreams! She is a veteran business communicator (www.bastianpr.com), mother of two children, wife of her sweetheart Ed, and a lifelong lover of lustrous pearls.
Christy Brown serves the company as the first FunPearls.com Sales Consultant. She hosts home pearl parties in Cincinnati, Ohio, and markets our Internet catalog to customers in the Tri-State region through other off-line events. Christy encouraged Lisa (her fav and only sister) to get into the pearl business while vacationing in Seagrove, Florida, a few years back and has been part of the operations since 2006.
 Holly Hopper, Customer Outreach Manager, uses her many marketing talents to establish fun and meaningful conversations between FunPearls.com and our loyal customers using social media platforms and Web-based tools.
Ed Bastian serves as COO of FunPearls.com. He does a bang-up job selecting items for the catalog from a masculine point of view and doing anything else that needs to be done to make the company successful.
Rachel Bastian, Lisa's daughter, helps FunPearls.com by providing insights about what type of jewelry is most appealing to young, fashionable women in high school and college. She also models some of the company's pieces in catalog photos. Rachel also serves as the first Pearl Girl Ambassador at the University of Dallas in Irving, TX.
Nick Bastian promotes FunPearls.com when not studying at the University of Dallas and meeting Pearl Girl Ambassadors.
FunPearls.com also wants to acknowledge harpist Nelda Etheredge (www.saharp.com), accomplished jewelry designer Karen Hartley and Elizabeth Steinker (Lisa's mother, owner of Cincinnati Estate Sales) for their early, strong and continuous support of the company.
